• Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting

    Wednesdays | 6:30 PM | Youth Building   Every Wednesday evening and continuing through Pastor Brett’s sabbatical, we have a churchwide Prayer Meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday nights. We have a short time of devotion, followed by a time of corporate prayer. Afterwards, we have a dessert social.

    Weekly on Thursdays | 6:30 - 7:30 PM | "Experiencing God" by Blackaby | 18-30 | Led by Jennifer and Wayne Kearney | Text  770-203-5089 to be added to groupchat. Join our young adults as we go through "Experiencing God" by Henry Blackaby. This is a great study, and we are excited to grow more in our relationship with God! We have extra books if you would like to join!

  • Ministry Fair

    Sun., Sept. 7 | FLC | During Sunday School Hour | Sunday School: Cancelled  We are again hosting our Fall Ministry Fair on Sunday, September 7 during the Sunday School hour, which provides the best time to capture attendees in both services. Our Sunday School classes will take that week off, giving the teachers also an opportunity to host a table and provide information to those not yet involved in a class. At this fair, held in the Family Life Center, you can find information from virtually ministry our church has, from small group classes to mission efforts to membership

  • Youth Ministry Trip to Beaufort

    Sun., Sept. 7 | AFTER 2ND SERVICE  We are excited for a fun afternoon of lunch at Culver’s, a downtown walk, Sands Beach, and time at the Cypress Wetlands—ending with ice cream! We will change after 2nd service into athletic clothing and athletic shoes.

  • Wednesday Night Dinner Volunteers

    All Help Is Needed And Appreciated  School is starting back soon and so are our Wednesday activities including our Wednesday dinners. A lot of work goes into prepping Wednesday night dinners. If you would like to help by becoming a server, cook, prep worker, or clean up crew, let us know by emailing reception@fbchhi.org. The first WND is on September 10th! This is an awesome ministry to get plugged into to serve our community!

  • AWANA Registration

    Sign Up & Pay on Website (fbchhi.org)   Awana takes place at 6:30 PM in the Education Building. All children are welcome to join our Awana Clubs: Puggles for ages 2 - 4, Cubbies for ages 4 - 5, Sparks for grades 1 & 2, and T&T for grades 3 - 5. The registration fee is $35.00 for the first child and $25.00 for each additional child.

  • Kairos Prison Ministry

    September 18-21  September 18-21  The Fall Kairos Walk at Ridgeland Correctional Institution is Thursday - Sunday, Sep 18-21. Missionary Volunteers at a four-day Kairos Weekend “Walk” spend 36 hours in small groups listening to and sharing with prisoners through 10 scripted talks that share the Truth of the Gospel. They hand out cookies as a way to bless these prisoners. If you'd like to make cookies, there are cookie recipes around the church with guidelines on how to make them. These cookies can be collected in the atrium of the Ed. Bldg. and the FLC lobby between the 7th and the 17th.
