  • AWANA Celebration

    Weds., May 7 | 6:30 PM | FLC  Join us at 6:30pm in the FLC as we celebrate and cheer on our AWANA kids for their hard work in memorizing Scripture and completing their AWANA books throughout the year!

  • Baby Dedication Service / Mother’s Day

    Mother’s Day, May 11 | Contemporary Service  We are so excited to be conducting a baby/child dedication. If you have a young child who has not yet been dedicated to the Lord, please reach out to Danielle Cummings to inquire about taking part. This dedication will take place at the beginning of the Contemporary Service at 11:00 am, which will enable those attending the Traditional Service at 8:45 to attend just the first part of that second service to celebrate this dedication with us.

  • Graduation Recognition Service

    Sun., May 18 | 2nd Service | Deadline for Photo and Info: May 12th  We are so proud of our graduates here at FBCHHI.  We will be celebrating and recognizing this great milestone in their lives during the 2nd service on May 18th. If you plan on participating, we will need a current picture (ex. senior picture), full name, where they are graduating from, where they are going (college), and future plans, favorite Bible verse and why and favorite Bible story and why by May 12th.

  • Kid’s Camp @ FBCHHI

    June 9 - 13 | 9 AM - 4 PM | Cost: TBD  Get ready kids for one of the best weeks of your summer! Kids Camp at First Baptist!! We will have VBS in the morning and with Sports and Music / Arts Camp in the Afternoon. This camp will be from 9am-4pm. VBS 9am-12pm - Ages 4yr-5th Grade Lunch @ 12pm for kids who are staying for the afternoon session. Lunch and Afternoon session will only be for kids who have finished the 1st - 5th grade. Sports Camp 1pm-4pm - Each day we will play and offer instructional

  • Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting

    Wednesdays | 6:30 PM | Youth Building  Starting July 2nd, we will begin Wednesday Night Prayer Meetings at 6:30 pm in the Youth Building. It will be a time of a short devotion and then prayer, and last until about 7:15 pm. There will be a dessert social to follow every week! Everyone is welcome to join!

  • Ministry Fair

    Sun., Sept. 7 | FLC | During Sunday School Hour | Sunday School: Cancelled  We are again hosting our Fall Ministry Fair on Sunday, September 7 during the Sunday School hour, which provides the best time to capture attendees in both services. Our Sunday School classes will take that week off, giving the teachers also an opportunity to host a table and provide information to those not yet involved in a class. At this fair, held in the Family Life Center, you can find information from virtually ministry our church has, from small group classes to mission efforts to membership

    September 10th 5:15 PM - Wednesday Night Dinner, Family Life Center 5:45 PM - Children’s Choir Rehearsal, TBD 6:15 PM - Sanctuary Choir Rehearsal, Music Suite 6:30 PM - Awana, Worship Room in Children's Bldg. 6:30 PM - Youth Group, Student Bldg. 6:30 PM - Adult Bible Studies, Various Bldgs. Wednesday Night Dinner Menu  Sept. 10th 5:15 PM | Fill Out Dinner Card or Call Office Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil (shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes) Bread Salad Dessert Pizza and Dinner Salad option as well instead of meal

  • Sunday Family Funday at the Beach

    Sept. 28th | AFTER 2ND SERVICE | Pizza and Salad in the Family Life Center  Join us for a Family Funday at the beach on September 28th! We will eat lunch in the flc and after lunch we will have a fun afternoon of sand, surf, and fellowship! RSVP by September 24th by emailing reception@fbchhi.org
