100% of the funds collected go to mission work locally & internationally. 50% goes to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. 25% goes to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions. 25% goes to missions and our designated mission partnerships.

Our next one will take place on April 5th from 9 - 10:30 AM on the church campus. This is a free event and everyone is welcome! Bring your fine rides and enjoy coffee and biscuits on us! Winners will receive gift cards! May the best rides win!

Sat., Apr. 19 We will begin collecting candy for our Easter Egg Hunt Celebration that will be taking place on April 19th. You can drop off candy at the church office during office hours on Monday-Thursday, on Wednesday Nights during Bible study you can drop off at the Youth Building and Sunday Morning at the Guest Reception Booth. (More info about the Easter Egg Hunt will be in the April Newsletter).

May 19 – July 28 The internship will develop young leaders under the guidance of our staff to discover the gifts God has given them and know how to effectively use them in ministry. In addition to participating in staff meetings, mission trips, camps, and local outreach, students will be given the opportunity to hone in on their talents and choose to develop their skills in a specific area: worship, pastoral ministry, and family ministry through camps and VBS. Students must have their own vehicle.
June 9 - 13 | 9 AM - 4 PM | Cost: TBD Get ready kids for one of the best weeks of your summer! Kids Camp at First Baptist!! We will have VBS in the morning and with Sports and Music / Arts Camp in the Afternoon. This camp will be from 9am-4pm. VBS 9am-12pm - Ages 4yr-5th Grade Lunch @ 12pm for kids who are staying for the afternoon session. Lunch and Afternoon session will only be for kids who have finished the 1st - 5th grade. Sports Camp 1pm-4pm - Each day we will play and offer instructional
June 30–July 4 | Charleston Southern University This youth camp at Charleston Southern University costs $250. Deadline to sign up is January 26th. This will make a great Christmas gift.
July 14–17 | Charleston Southern University For kids who have completed 3rd–5th grade, this camp is at Charleston Southern University- The cost will be $235. This will make a great Christmas Present. Deadline to sign up is January 26th.
