September 18-21  September 18-21  The Fall Kairos Walk at Ridgeland Correctional Institution is Thursday – Sunday, Sep 18-21. Missionary Volunteers at a four-day Kairos Weekend “Walk” spend 36 hours in small groups listening to and sharing with prisoners through 10 scripted talks that share the Truth of the Gospel. They hand out cookies as a way to bless these prisoners. If you’d like to make cookies, there are cookie recipes around the church with guidelines on how to make them. These cookies can be collected in the atrium of the Ed. Bldg. and the FLC lobby between the 7th and the 17th. There are prayer sheets where you can pray for them during the September 18th-21st weekend located around the church as well. These men need the hope that can only be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
