SUMMARY:Kairos Prison Ministry
DESCRIPTION:Kairos Prison Ministry\, September 17-20\n\nThe Fall Kairos Weekend Walk will be Thursday – Sunday\, September 17-20. Our own Wayne Sigmon will be leading Kairos missionaries from FBCHHI and other area churches to minister to the inmates at Ridgeland Correctional Institution. These missionary volunteers will spend 36 hours in small group settings listening to and sharing the Gospel with inmates. These inmates need the hope and healing that can only be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.\nPray for the local mission teams including our FBCHHI Kairos Team and the inmates who will participate in the Fall Weekend Walk.\n\nKairos Cookie recipes and prayer support materials will be available in our Sunday School classes. Sign up to be a link in the Kairos “Prayer Chain” to pray at designated times throughout the weekend. Bake dozens of cookies (using Kairos approved recipes). Deadline to receive cookies is Wednesday\, September 16. You can bring them to the Family Life Center during regular office hours September 7-16 and during Wednesday evening Fellowship Meals September 9 & 16.
